User information

Taximeter and Rates
  • the use of a taximeter is always mandatory, except in the case of fixed tariff locations;
  • the taximeter must always be fully functional and regularly sealed by the municipal administration;
  • the amount of the trip may only be the amount indicated by the taximeter, except in the case of fixed fare locations;
  • when the taxi departs from the parking area, the taximeter opening trigger may not exceed the amount of € 3.60;
  • when the taxi is called by radio-telephone, wherever it is, when the passenger is picked up, the taximeter amount may not exceed the fixed sum of € 6,20;
  • the customer may refuse to pay for the trip if the meter is not working, or indicate a different amount from the amount requested;
  • return is always’ empty’, i. e. it does not have to be paid because it is already included in the applied tariff system;
  • the taxi driver is obliged, at the customer’s request, to issue a signed receipt certifying the amount of the journey, complete with the following information: details of the taxi driver, taxi number, date, time, exact journey made, amount paid;
  • the taxi driver must warn the passenger when operating the taximeter to apply the fare for journeys of more than 10 km;
  • the taxi driver has the obligation, at the end of the journey, to inform the customer about the addition of any surcharges to the amount indicated by the taximeter;
  • nightly supplements (22:00 to 6:00) and public holidays (6:00 to 22:00) are not cumulative (for journeys made at night on public holidays, the taxi driver always applies the nightly supplement);
  • the carriage of wheelchairs for the disabled, accompanying dogs for the blind and other aids necessary for the mobility of disabled people is free of charge and compulsory;
  • the suitcase surcharge is required when the taxi driver puts the suitcase in the luggage compartment;
  • the fee schedule must be displayed visibly and legibly for the user inside the vehicle.
Collective taxi use

Collective use of the taxi can only be provided at the exclusive request of the users.
For different destinations, but on the same route, the first person transported is charged the amount marked by the taximeter; the taxi driver has the obligation to reset the taximeter to zero at the descent of each passenger.
The remaining passengers will only pay for the route to which they belong, subject to the minimum fare.
